Homemade Chocolate Lovers Frozen Yogurt
Ingredients:
- 1 container (4oz.) nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 packet Stevia (or other natural 0 calorie sweetener)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (original, vanilla, & chocolate all work well)
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp chocolate protein powder
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a bowl & mix well so that there are no clumps.
- Put in the freezer for about an hour, or the amount of time necessary depending on your freezer settings.
- Optional: Top it off with your favorite topping such as fresh fruit & enjoy! :)

My new “Bored?” exercise jar. I found a similar jar on Pinterest in which parents would put activities for their kids to do, and it just made sense to me: if I’m trying to get in shape and I have nothing to do/am bored, why not have a list of things to do, cut it up, and choose one from a jar?
